  • HOUSE RULES:

    • PLEASE NOTE: We require a signed Rental Agreement for all reservations. You will receive a link after you book allowing you to review and sign the rental agreement.

    • For any reservations over 13 days long-a signed lease is required prior to your stay.

    • Check in: 4:00 pm; Check out: 10:00 am Quiet time: after 10 pm - The property is in a neighborhood and we are respectful of this.

    • Minimum age requirement of person responsible for reservation - 25 years old. We must have a complete list of all people staying on the property. No outside visitors or other guests without permission.

    • The nightly rate is for 4 people.

    • NO SMOKING: This is a smoke free property. No use of pipes, tobacco of any kind or any recreational drugs are allowed inside any cottage. Cigarette smoking outside only and away from other guests. Please no burning things, like candles in your room. This keeps us all safe, Thanks!

    • NO PARTIES of any kind. Thanks for your understanding!

    • PETS: We love dogs! (sorry no cats) - 2 per booking, with a $150 pet fee per stay. Please add your dog(s) to the reservation. You will be sent an email with our Pet Policies, which we ask you to review and return confirming your agreement to the policy. Please note that we ask that you not allow them on the furniture/beds. Please leash, supervise, and pick up after your dog. We have a pet waste station in the grassy common area.

    • Damage, excess dirtiness, and excess pet hair will result in an extra fee for repairs/extra cleaning.

    • There is a decibel monitor inside the property that is not a camera and does not record. This device also detects indoor cigarette smoke. Any attempt to dismantle, move, or tamper with decibel monitor in any way is a violation of our house rules and may subject guest to removal.

    CANCELLATION POLICY:

    • 100% refund up to 14 days before arrival

    • 50% refund up to 7 days before arrival
